For what purposes do we process your personal data?

Where the purpose of the processing is commercial in nature, it will be limited to information, training or product promotion activities aimed at dental professionals, with the aim of improving our range of products and services, and your express consent will be sought.

You can also order our products via our e-commerce platform; to do so, you will need to register on the platform and provide your billing and payment details.

Activities for informational purposes may include subscribing to newsletters, attending information events and other similar activities. In the case of training activities, these may take the form of attending training events on innovative products of interest to the professional community, whether in person, online or delivered via other means. How long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be retained for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Therefore, in the context of our professional relationship, your data will be retained for the duration of our contractual relationship and/or until you request to be removed from the service at any time if you no longer wish to participate in it.

We will retain any CVs we have received indefinitely, unless otherwise indicated by the individual concerned, so that we may refer to them should we require candidates.

It may be the case that, in order to comply with legal obligations, we need to retain your data for a period of time that extends beyond the purpose for which it was provided. In such cases, the data is blocked until it can be completely deleted.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the performance of the contract or commercial agreement entered into between the parties. Notwithstanding the above, the legal basis for sending you product updates, industry news, invitations to events and seminars, and communications regarding trade fairs and conferences is based on the specific consent you provided at the time your data was collected; under no circumstances will the withdrawal of this consent affect the performance of the agreement between the parties.

In order to carry out the commercial purposes set out above, we will always seek your free and unambiguous consent, whether these campaigns are aimed at providing information, training, product promotion or other purposes.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data in recruitment processes will be the free and unambiguous consent that the candidate gives us when they submit their CV.

Who are the recipients of your personal data?

The disclosure of your personal data is limited to the purposes of our business relationship with Ziacom Medical Group S.L. Where we transfer data, data processor agreements are entered into with third parties outside Ziacom Medical Group S.L. involved in such tasks, and these third parties undertake to respect the privacy of your data and to protect it in accordance with the technical, organisational and security measures established by Ziacom Medical Group S.L.
